1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using the 77cx platform — whether through the website at 77cx.onl or through the 77cx mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms apply to every part of the platform including Sports Betting, Slots, Fish Games, Bingo and the VIP Programme.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you should stop using 77cx immediately and not proceed with registration. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these Terms will be treated as acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

The 77cx platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make deposits, place bets or play any games on the platform. This age requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all users regardless of location.

• You must be 18 years of age or above at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts and bot-operated accounts are not permitted.
• You confirm that playing online games and sports betting is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally.
• You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the rules that apply to your individual situation.
• 77cx reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point to confirm your eligibility.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on 77cx. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid email address or phone number and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information at the time of registration or at any subsequent point is a breach of these Terms.

• One account per person — duplicate accounts will be merged or closed.
• Your registration details must match the identity on your payment methods.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact 77cx support immediately.
• 77cx is not responsible for losses that result from you sharing your account credentials with a third party.
• Accounts must not be transferred, sold or used by another person under any circumstances.

4 Deposits & PKR Payments

All deposits on 77cx are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit or credit cards and mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and will be displayed at the time of the transaction.

Deposits must be made from accounts and payment methods that belong to you personally. 77cx will not process deposits made from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment source that does not match your registered account details, it may be returned and your account may be reviewed.

• All deposits must be made in PKR — no foreign currency deposits are accepted.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• 77cx does not charge a fee for standard PKR deposits, though your payment provider may have their own charges.
• Deposit limits may be applied to your account depending on your verification status or responsible gaming settings.
• In cases where a deposit cannot be applied to your account due to a technical error, contact support with your transaction reference for resolution.

5 Withdrawals

You may withdraw your available PKR balance at any time, subject to the withdrawal conditions outlined below. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible. Withdrawals to a different payment method may require additional verification.

Withdrawal processing times vary based on your VIP tier. Standard accounts are processed in the standard queue. Silver tier and above benefit from progressively faster handling. Platinum and Diamond VIP members receive priority withdrawal processing and can follow up directly with their dedicated account manager.

• Only your available real-money balance can be withdrawn — bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and will be displayed in your account panel.
• Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or at any point as part of our account review process.
• Withdrawals to payment methods not associated with your account may require additional documentation.
• 77cx reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending investigation if unusual account activity is detected.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

77cx offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, Cricket and PSL special promotions and VIP cashback. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general bonus rules below.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, time limits and eligible games for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only — systematic bonus play designed to generate withdrawable funds without genuine gaming activity is considered abuse.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 77cx reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, change its terms or cancel an issued bonus if it was received as the result of an error or if the terms were not followed correctly.
• Players who self-exclude or apply a deposit limit may find that they are not eligible for certain promotional offers during that period.

7 Sports Betting Rules

The Sports Betting section on 77cx covers Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football, Esports and other sports markets. All bets are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules displayed within the Sports section of the platform.

• Bets are only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake is deducted from your PKR balance.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended — please review your selections carefully before placing.
• In the event that a match or event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed beyond the stated settlement window, bets will be voided and stakes returned to your wallet.
• Live betting markets close at the discretion of the platform — odds and market availability during live play can change rapidly and 77cx is not liable for markets closing before you complete a bet.
• 77cx reserves the right to limit bet stakes on specific markets, accounts or events where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Any bets placed on events where the result was already known at the time of placing will be voided and stakes returned. Winnings from such bets will not be honoured.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event — these are displayed within the betting interface.

8 VIP Programme

The 77cx VIP Programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Your tier is determined by your wagering activity across all game sections on the platform including Sports Betting, Slots, Fish Games and Bingo. Points accumulate from real-money wagering and contribute to tier progression.

• VIP points are earned on real-money wagers only — bonus-funded play may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all depending on the active promotion.
• Weekly PKR cashback is available from Gold tier and above. Cashback is calculated based on your net loss during the qualifying period and credited directly to your wallet.
• Platinum and Diamond members are assigned a dedicated account manager who can assist with account queries, withdrawal follow-ups and exclusive promotion arrangements.
• VIP tier status is reviewed periodically. Inactivity over an extended period may result in a tier reduction. You will be notified before any downgrade takes effect.
• VIP points do not carry cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts or redeemed outside of the cashback and rewards structure.
• 77cx reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure, tier thresholds, cashback rates and benefits at any time. Changes will be communicated to affected players in advance.

9 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

77cx is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following types of conduct are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances where confirmed.

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account is prohibited under all circumstances.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hands in card games or fix the results of any betting market is strictly forbidden.
• Bot use: Automated software, scripts, bots or any non-human agent used to interact with the platform or place bets is prohibited.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonuses, promotional offers or refer-a-friend structures in a way that is not consistent with genuine recreational play is considered abuse.
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating a payment chargeback after wagering deposited funds is considered fraudulent activity and will result in permanent account closure and pursuit of the outstanding amount.
• Exploiting errors: Taking advantage of known software bugs, pricing errors or technical glitches to generate winnings is prohibited. Any winnings obtained in this way will be voided.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

77cx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common reasons for account action include breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, identity verification failure, chargebacks and requests from the account holder themselves.

• You may close your account at any time by contacting 77cx support. Any available real-money balance will be returned to you after standard verification checks.
• Accounts that have been self-excluded cannot be reopened during the exclusion period — this is a firm commitment that the platform will not override even if requested by the player during the exclusion window.
• If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be flagged for dormancy. You will be notified before any dormancy policy is applied to your balance.

11 Responsible Gaming

77cx takes the wellbeing of its players seriously. Gaming should be a form of entertainment and we want to make sure it stays that way for everyone on the platform. Every registered account has access to a full set of responsible gaming tools that can be activated at any time from your account panel.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account. Once set, a limit cannot be increased immediately — a cooling-off period applies to limit increases to prevent impulsive decisions.
• Session Reminders: Set a time reminder so the platform notifies you when you have been playing for a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a break of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days without permanently closing your account. Your PKR balance and VIP status are preserved.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel you need a longer break, self-exclusion is available from your account panel. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit or play.

13 Limitation of Liability

77cx provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to keep the platform running smoothly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues and circumstances outside our control may occasionally cause temporary downtime.

• 77cx is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors or connectivity issues outside our direct control.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by a player sharing their account credentials or failing to secure their device.
• In the event of a technical error that results in a bet being settled incorrectly, 77cx will investigate and correct the settlement. The corrected result stands regardless of whether it is more or less favourable than the erroneous one.
• 77cx's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident is limited to the value of the stake placed in that transaction.

14 Changes to These Terms

77cx may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes that affect player rights or account conditions, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players directly through the platform or via the contact details on their account.

Your continued use of 77cx after updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and request account closure through support.
